I’ve seen absolutely amazing results on the HCG hormone therapy program. I continue to be amazed by all the talk about the HCG programs. And I keep telling myself to stop being surprised. Why wouldn’t people be amazed by it? I am.
During the course of my program I’ve lost 18 pounds. I’ve gone from 171 pounds down to 153. (That’s what I weighed this morning, Day 21, when I got on the scale). That’s one pound down from yesterday’s 154. I have to say…I love these fabulous results.
I also feel that I’m absolutely capable of controlling my portion sizes. I can cook a healthy meal that fills me and my family up from all fresh ingredients that takes less than 30 minutes. I can quite easily (most of the time) reach for a healthy snack instead of the all too familiar Pringles jar or box of Cheez Its.
So I’ve got several very noticeable improvements that I can actually take note of and see an lifestyle improvements. I’m satisfied with the weight loss I’ve achieved. And I’m very excited about the fact that my new habits are going to make it likely that I’ll be in a better place health-wise for the long run. The HCG hormone therapy requirements forced me to follow through on my annually reiterated new year’s resolution to cook and eat healthier.
After weighing myself today I took my B Total and my HCG (three times throughout the day as required). I had leftover soup for lunch with Melba Toasts and grapefruit sections. I had leftover chicken for dinner with Melba Toasts and strawberries. I tried adding some vanilla Stevia to the strawberries for something different, but I think I overdid it. It did not taste good.
I looked it up and someone else who had completed the HCG hormone therapy had discussed that the Stevia is really strong and you only need a tiny, tiny bit. So that made sense. I’ll know for next time. I ate it anyway, of course. I didn’t want to waste the strawberries and it wasn’t disgusting, it was just far too overwhelming for the little bowl of strawberries. Next time I’ll cut back on how many drops I use for sure!
