The first thing that occurs into our minds while debating about women’s health are the problems correlated to menstruation.
Women unlike men, start menstruating in the form of cycles of about 29 days as soon as their system begins generating eggs. It is basically flow of blood that comes from the vaginal opening .When sperms are not joined with these eggs and if no conception takes place it flows out through the vagina from uterus. Hence a lady can estimate the date of her periods and arrange her activities accordingly.
While every female is conversant with this fact of life, they have to take care that unwanted pregnancies do not happen, and teenage pregnancies are completely avoided, because this will have an effect on the health of a maturing woman both physically and psychologically. Unfortunately this natural cycle of menstruation has its own problems, which women have to face willy-nilly.
