What is Diarrhea? Diarrhea is bowel’s watery that move and can cause extremely painful to all over your body. The first body part that it attacks is stomach following with headache and can causing to vomit. It can be chronically if you could not find yourself careful to drink enough fluids. The entirely body can get sweat and chatter. This sign show that your fluids in the body are too slight.

What causes diarrhea? Basically, this condition (Diarrhea) will lasts only few days after, so doctors don’t take the stool to diagnose how it start and what it cause. Mostly, the Diarrhea cause by viral infection which antibiotics can’t take part to fight. The virus has attacked the bowel and it may cause to absorb galore of fluid (This is why the watery stools happened). The easiest assumption of how this condition happened is ‘food poisoning’. Here is the classic sign of food poisoning: A group of people, eating at the same place and after 3-6 hours all of them are sick (Diarrhea). They are stuck on food poising.

Besides, in much rarer case, microbes like amoebae and giardia that try to set up permanent housekeeping in the bowel, causing diarrhea that will lasts for weeks or maybe months. All of these microbes can be found from contaminated food and beverages, public swimming pool, communal hot tubs and river.

How we can face with this condition? First of all, we need to keep hydrated by drinking a lot of water. In the mean time, make sure your fluid and electrolyte balance. Obviously, a lot of liquid will lose during diarrhea include minerals like sodium and potassium. So, besides drinking plain water, you need to drink week tea with a little sugar to replace electrolytes. Peter A.Banks, M.D., director of Clinical Gastroenterology Service at Birmingham and Women’s Hospital and lecturer on medicine at Harvard Medical School said that drink cool water that will be less irritating that way.
