For me, the nervous come is because of several causes such as lack of confidence, frightened of someone or something, so much hope of the best result and also because of the lack of prepared. They are crippled and terrifying moments. People just can handle it within a short period but when it become hours the panic will come out again and down the anxiety levels.

Most people need medicine or therapy to release their anxiety, sad, and stress. Which this kind of medication can improve their feel to get better and proceed their live as usual. Therapy and medicine have many types of way to implement either by drugs, associate with a group, personal or coaching by someone professional.
